We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with a passion for premium service and strong knowledge of coffee, tea & matcha. If you’ve led successful teams in high-end cafĂ©s or restaurants and thrived in a fast-paced, multicultural environment — this is your opportunity.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily floor operations & guest service
- Train, schedule, and motivate staff
- Manage inventory, ordering & cost control
- Support hiring & team performance reviews
- Drive marketing & guest engagement
- Ensure compliance with hygiene & safety standards
🔹 What You Bring:
- 3+ years’ restaurant management experience
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Passion for F&B, especially coffee and matcha
- Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards
