Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

We are seeking ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that delivers top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Monitor guest feedback in relation to service, products, and promotions
• Oversee all training activities of the Food & Beverage Department
• Review and control weekly payroll and overtime sheets
• Consult outlet managers on operating requirements and quality standards
• Be proactive during service peak times with high visibility
• Collaborate with Director on reports, forecasts, budgets, marketing plans, festivals, and promotions
• Keep abreast of competitive trends, new products, and legislation

**Qualifications:**
• College/University degree graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Computer literate with excellent English communication skills
• Hands-on professional with passion for quality and excellence
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and customer focus
