A chief engineer with strong residence/facility operations experience is required for a UHNW family villa in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
• Organization of technical maintenance and planned servicing
• Oversight of repair work and quality control
• Supervision and coordination of contractors and suppliers
• Troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution across all engineering systems

Requirements:
• Higher technical/engineering education
• 5+ years of experience in facility management (private residences or premium assets preferred)
• Russian language is mandatory; conversational English required
• Hands-on experience across MEP/ELV/building systems and BMS
