F&B Coordinator
We are hiring an experienced **F&B Coordinator** for Salayel Hospitality in Abu Dhabi.
**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE
**Job Summary:**
The F&B Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth administrative and operational functions of the Food & Beverage department in a luxury hospitality setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate daily administrative activities for the F&B department
• Support F&B Managers with scheduling, reports, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely supply delivery
• Track stock levels, cost control, and performance reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Assist in menu updates, costing, and SOP documentation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
**Qualifications:**
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B coordination or administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
