Pera Palace is expanding our restaurant operations team in Dubai, and we are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who are committed to service excellence, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

For All Positions:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is mandatory
• Relevant experience in a high-end, fine dining, or upscale restaurant environment is highly valued
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Commitment to maintaining high service standards

For Floor Manager & Supervisor / Head Waiter:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service standards
• Ability to oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service
• Strong guest relations and complaint-handling skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, host, and service teams

For Waiter / Waitress:
• Previous waiter/waitress experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to provide professional and attentive table service
• Good knowledge of menu and service procedures
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional service team
