Lead the overall success and performance of our establishment. Drive operational excellence, financial results, team engagement, and exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of service and quality
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business performance
• Manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage feedback
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives
• Monitor performance and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety, and legal requirements

**Qualifications:**
• Minimum 5 years as General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in upscale, high-volume environments
• Proven track record in profitability and operational performance
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced hospitality
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and P&L skills
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
