We Are Hiring: Head of Housekeeping – Dubai

Our client, a UHNWI based in Dubai, is looking for a qualified and experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead and manage all housekeeping operations within a private residence.

Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Develop cleaning schedules, checklists, and protocols to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and other household items
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to meet luxury service expectations
• Liaise with other household departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial housekeeping role, preferably within a UHNWI household or luxury hotel
• Proven leadership skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a multicultural team
• Discretion and professionalism are essential

Compensation Package:
• Salary: AED 10,000–15,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
• Plus accommodation, transport, and medical insurance
