**Restaurant General Manager – Swingers Dubai**

As General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering the Swingers experience in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the world. You’ll lead a talented team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable time — whether they’re playing golf, enjoying drinks, or celebrating.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee daily operations of the venue across mini golf, bars, food service, and guest experience
• Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team focused on standout service
• Maintain high standards in service, hygiene, safety, and UAE compliance
• Monitor and optimize staffing, inventory, cost control, and guest satisfaction
• Manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs to drive profitability
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy team culture
• Build relationships with local partners and suppliers
• Be present and hands-on during service

**Qualifications & Skills:**
• 5+ years of experience in a management role within hospitality or entertainment venues
• Proven success in team leadership, guest experience, and operational performance
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management
• Passion for delivering fun, engaging, and memorable experiences
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable
• Experience working in the UAE is required
